Three streams of specialisation are incorporated in the programme, namely: Ÿ           Corporate and Commercial Banking Ÿ           Personal Financial Services Ÿ           Branch Operations The programme includes classroom training, on-the-job training, job rotation and attachments to various businesses and functions across Hang Seng Bank (China), as well as in HK.   To qualify for our MT Programme, you should:  •         Hold a bachelor degree or above •         Have strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure •         Possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills •         Have high proficiency in both English and Chinese •         Have high mobility  •         Have less than two years’ working experience If you are ready to join a dynamic organization and forge a high-flying career in banking, we can offer you the expertise and experience to take you to the top.
