A postdoctoral research position is available for highly motivated candidates with strong background in cancer research in the laboratory of Dr. Nancy Du at Weill Cornell Medical College of Cornell University in New York City (http://www.nancydu.net). The Du lab studies the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying progression and metastasis of cancers using transgenic mouse models, cell lines, and human tissues. Our long-term goal is to translate the lesions gained from our studies into novel strategies for both monitoring and manipulating these molecules in cancer patients.

Applicants must have at least one first author publication in a peer-reviewed journal and work tirelessly to the research projects. Strong research experience in the following areas is required: molecular biology, biochemistry, and mouse models. Postdoctoral fellows will be eligible for subsidized university housing.
