美国路易斯安那州癌症研究中心招聘博士后
A postdoctoral position is open in the Louisiana Cancer Research Center. Research focuses on the identification and characterization of risk factors for carcinogenesis and cancer progression. Ongoing projects include the genetic and biochemical characterization of genomic instability of prostate and other types of tumors. The immediate goal is to characterize DNA repair mutants found in human tumors, both in vitro and in vivo, using enzyme purification, expression analysis, in vitro activity assays, microscopy and cell survival/ toxicity assays. The Louisiana Cancer Research Center is a consortium of cancer researches from Tulane, Louisiana State and Xavier Universities, and thus provides an excellent intellectually stimulating environment with opportunities for collaborations and cross-disciplinary training. Candidates must have a Ph.D. and/or MD and background in enzymology. Please send CV including bibliography and names of three references to Nick Makridakis, Ph.D.
